Beanore was built on a stubborn belief — that coffee is at its best in its first week after roasting. So we keep the chain absurdly short: roast on Monday, in your hands by Wednesday.
Our beans come from six estates across Chikmagalur, Coorg, Wayanad and Araku — each tasted, scored, and roasted in batches small enough to taste the rain that year.
